Spa Policies

We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our employees can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations.

Hours of Operation : 
BuonGiorno Good Day Spa is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Although walk-ins are welcome, we encourage you to call and schedule your appointment in advance so you are sure to be accomodated.


Cancellation Policy 
If you need to change or cancel your spa appointments, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time in order to avoid being charged for your missed appointments.

Arrival : 
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Arriving late can limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. 

Payments & Gratuities :
 The Spa accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to the technician in cash. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Spa cannot add a gratuity to your credit card. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%. Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service and are greatly appreciated.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for specified services, packages, or dollar amounts and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Expiration dates may not be changed or extended.
